Dr Bonaparte’s “what’s new in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Research”
I’ve been thinking of some ways to bridge the gap between the patient and the cosmetic surgeon as well as the plastic surgeon with respect to cutting edge research. I think a lot of people who are interested in cosmetics, anti-aging as well and plastic surgery in general want to know what is current. They want to know what the research is saying about treatments we perform.
As a surgeon who also has a Masters Degree in Science, I have conducted and published many articles. I’ve been fortunate to have won awards for my research, which really means, I enjoy research. I enjoy reading it and I enjoy presenting it.
With all this in mind, I’ve decided to start a weekly/bi-weekly section on my website in which I will review a recently published, cutting edge article. I will try to summarize and discuss the implications of the findings and hopefully give people some insight into the treatments we perform.
If anyone ever has an article or a topic they would like reviewed, I recommend leaving a comment.
